Score and Small Business Development Center Present Seminar Series.

Score and the Small Business Development Center have conducted their first seminars in the “Start your Business” series.  This three-part series was held at the office of Greater Lafayette Commerce in downtown Lafayette.  Cost was $25.00 per session which covered workbook and materials.  “Business Feasibility”, “Business Plan Writing” and “Strategic Planning” have been covered.  Approximately 25 people have taken advantage of this revised program at this time.

The seminar series is designed in three parts so that a business person can choose to focus on the topic that meets their needs.  The seminars are not dependent on one another so that a person can choose to attend any one or all sessions.  One session will be held each month and the series will repeat itself quarterly.  Of course, SCORE counselors stand ready to provide personalized assistance, free of charge, to help you get the most good from the seminars.
